The Windmill Tapas Restaurant was opened by proprietors Jose & Regina in 2002 bringing an exotic taste of Portugal and Madeira to north-east London. The Windmill is a local best kept secret at the western end of Walthamstow High Street.
Why not drop by or phone to make a reservation? There is no better place in north London for an evening of fine traditional Portuguese and Madeiran food in an atmosphere of attractively subdued candlelight.
The restaurant has been named after the 18th and 19th century windmills found on their native island of Porto Santo in Madeira.
